Duties and Role:
Executive Assistant to the NSII Service Line Chief
- Support the SLC to improve IKM, Communication, Marketing, and Business administration,
- Act as the catalyst for all incoming messages, calls, and correspondence to the SLC, assess relevance, impact and priority,
- Ensure high quality of all documents for SLC review & approval,
- Prepare high quality briefings, repots, and correspondence to internal and external Senior stakeholder (A6/OF6 and higher),
- Prepare the SLC for Senior Management meetings,
- Advice other admin staff (B5's in Service Areas) on what is when expected from the Service Areas in what format,
- Train them up to delivery better quality products and manage change
- Liaise with internal and external senior management assistants (COO, COS, GM), ACO, ACT, Strategic Commands,…
- Organise the SLC schedule and email correspondence,
- Take meeting minutes and follow up on SLC tasking's and actions to others;
