Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform tracking for shipment updates for specified customer accounts and monitor current shipment activity to ensure on time delivery.
- Monitor continuous freight movement and ensure accurate detailed information is communicated on potential issues.
- Maintain continuous freight tracking updates through arrival at destination. (ADA)
- Verify data accuracy between WorldTrak and partner websites.
- Identify potential service issues and proactively work to ensure details are clearly documented in WorldTrak to help provide customer satisfaction.
- Effectively manage status updates in World Track to transition potential service delays to the escalations team.
- Participate in cross-training and continuous skills development.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested
- Understand the differences between teams and effectively collaborate to ensure a flawless delivery experience for our customers.
- Available to work after hours and on national holidays as needed.
- Comply with the requirements of the company’s Quality Management System.
Required Skills, Experience, and Education:
- 1+ Years of tracking Experience.
- English B2+
- High school diploma
- Fluent in Spanish/English both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Must be confident, team-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-managed and highly motivated

Physical Requirements:
- Remain in a stationary/seated position for an extended period.
- Regularly required to operate a computer, telephone, keyboard, and other office machinery.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.
- The ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sounds.
