Participate in design and code reviewsManages the team as a supervisor and mentor to accomplish engineering tasks and objectives. Will perform team leadership for a team of engineersSets goals and measures against the goals.Changes the processes and upskills the team as need arises
Qualifications
14-17 years of desktop and web applications web and desktop applications leveraging industry standardsStrong knowledge and experience in C, C++, VC++, MFC, Manage C++, WinForm and Java application development.5+ years of People Management Experience managing and mentoring a team of 8+ Engineers and Senior EngineersExperience with OLAP databases (like TM1/Infor/SAP/Oracle)Experience with Microsoft Server Analysis Services (MDX)Knowledge on Linux (Ubuntu, RedHat)Proficiency in JAVA Spring Boot framework and frontend - Vue.js preferredKnowledge of RESTful APIs and integration techniques.Front end development: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue.jsFamiliarity with public clouds such as AWS or AzureFamiliarity with real-time streaming systemsKnowledge of RESTful APIs and integration techniques.Familiarity with version control systems like Git.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Collaborate with team members to define project requirements, priorities, and timelines.Familiarity with relational databases and SQLGood to have:Familiarity with Hazelcast in-memory data gridShell scripting
