The Clever Administrator will be responsible for ensuring our integration and rostering technical setup, data, and processes will scale to meet demand. This role will lead the creation of operations related to the maintenance and enhancement of Clever. Learning, creating and implementing best practices for change control, scheduled changes, data integrations, testing, and more, will be critical to the success of this role.
The ideal candidate has a background in operations or I.T., is tech-savvy, and has strong client relationship management skills. The Clever Administrator provides consulting and guidance to the Learner Experience (LX) team on best practices for implementing and sustaining successful adoption and utilization of the Clever platform.

Responsibilities:


· Supports and expands the use of Clever across the organization by providing technical support and functional support to the company’s user base.· Works with the vendors and other technical partners to ensure the Clever implementation meets company’s needs, integrates with other systems, and addresses organizational priorities.· Proficient with implementation and setup of LTI integrations· Proactively steps outside the box to look for innovative ways to implement required integrations· Proactively initiates and manages gathering business and technical requirements and acceptance criteria· Creates solid documentation to ensure requirements are captured and all stakeholders approve· Creates solid project plans with deliverables, timelines and metrics.

Prioritizes business needs and adheres to project timelines· Conducts trainings with internal business users to ensure full understanding and proper usage of tools· Works with all operations groups to ensure processes will capture necessary data points and scale to meet business needs· Works directly in Clever to create and manage administrative best practices related to user creation and permissions· Works directly in Clever to implement third party integrations for rostering, works closely with the technical stakeholders and development teams on internal integrations and data syncs· Consistently improves both system and operations performance by integrating business processes related to Learner Experience (LX), Customer Experience (CX), and the operations teams· Ensures functionality of Clever meets expectations and commitments· Works closely with the schools to identify tools and integrations required to address business needs. Works as the technical point of contact for Third Party integrations through Clever· Works closely with the Clever technical teams to set up new instances and sharing rules per vendor· Key resource for school launch activities and rollovers

Minimum Qualifications


· Demonstrated working knowledge of Clever and support· Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex Clever problems· Expert-level ability to support end users through integration and rostering activities with vendor specific sharing rules· Ability to manage a heavy workload, concurrently work on multiple issues, and meet deadlines.· Demonstrates excellent people skills for working with both technical staff, vendors and end users.· Must possess the ability to automate manual tasks as needed through scripting

Required Qualifications:


· Bachelor's degree in computer information systems/information technology, instruction technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of applicable experience, training and/or education.· Significant experience providing Tier I and Tier II user support with Clever and managing Clever integrations and implementation activities.· 5 Years experience providing Clever Administration and technical support
