Job Role
As a Deal Desk Analyst, you’ll be a key business partner to the Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams - supporting the creation, structuring, and execution of deals. You will help accelerate revenue by navigating complex deal structures, facilitating approvals, and driving process improvements across the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a Revenue Operations role and/or 1+ years of experience in a Deal Desk function in a SaaS company. This role requires a strong business acumen, outstanding numerical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support Sales throughout the quote-to-order process by reviewing and optimizing deals for accuracy, pricing, and compliance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations to facilitate deal approvals and ensure timely execution.
- Maintain a strong understanding of Direct and Indirect Sales agreements to support deal structuring.
- Drive improvements to Deal Desk processes to enhance efficiency, visibility, and scalability.
- Ensure data integrity within Salesforce (SFDC) and alignment across systems during deal processing.
- Provide guidance and support on Order Management and Quote-to-Cash best practices.
- Review, coordinate, and obtain approvals for non-standard discounts, custom terms, or special sales requests to ensure alignment with internal policies and margin guidelines
- Partner closely with the Legal team to review MSAs, reseller agreements, pricing caps, sales order changes, and other contractual elements.
- Collaborate with Finance and leadership teams to resolve deal-related questions and secure necessary approvals for special requests.
- Identify and correct inconsistencies between Salesforce (SFDC) data and customer purchase orders, regularly engaging with sales reps to ensure system accuracy.
- Flag and resolve common setup errors made during the deal creation process, ensuring clean handoffs to Order Management and Revenue teams.
- Provide real-time deal guidance and best practices to Sales across pricing, structuring, and approval paths.
- Responsibility to adhere to set internal controls.

- Experience building complex deals (multi-million, multi-year, ramp-up deals, success fees deals, …) for customers in different industries
- Deep understanding of SaaS and subscription pricing mechanisms, including consumption based models
- Proficiency with salesforce.com.
