- Complete Medicare Annual Wellness Visits and Well-Child Visits

What You Need to Apply:
- 1+ year experience as a Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or equivalent preferred)
- At least 6 months in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or similar primary care
- Experience with Medicare Annual Wellness Visits and Well-Child Visits
- Comfortable working in patients' homes (home health experience a big plus)
