Memurai continues to innovate, bringing the highest standards of reliability, security, and support to clients who depend on 24×7 performance, rigorous compliance, and seamless cross-platform functionality.We are seeking an exceptionally talented Product Manager to join our rapidly growing consulting team. As a Product Manager at Memurai, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing the product strategy.

You will collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure that Memurai continues to meet the evolving needs of our enterprise customers. This role requires a strong technical background, strategic thinking, and a hands-on approach to product development.

To be considered for this position, you must have the following qualifications:


  • 7+ years in a Product Management role for a technical product, preferably in databases (Experience with Redis, DragonflyDB, KeyDB,, or related technologies, infrastructure, or developer tools.
  • BSc. or MSc. in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 
  • Extensive experience in Product Marketing and collaboration with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, engineering).
  • Comfortable reading and discussing code, architectural diagrams, and performance metrics.
  • Demonstrated experience leading product strategy and roadmap development.
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English— ability to speak fluently with both developers and business stakeholders.
  • Experience in early-stage or high-growth environments with lean teams.
  • Comfortable working independently in a distributed, remote-first team.

Ideal candidates will also have:


  • Hands-on experience with databases or infrastructure tools like Redis, DragonflyDB, KeyDB, or related technologies.
  • Familiarity with open-source licenses, technologies, and communities.
  • Past experience working in highly regulated or performance-critical industries (e.g., defense, telecom, finance).
  • Background in open-source or commercial open-source product models.
