Capture/Business Development Manager
enGenius Consulting Group, Inc. is seeking a driven and experienced Capture Manager/Business Development Professional to lead the pursuit of Prime contract opportunities. In this key role, the selected candidate will work closely with the President and Vice President of Operations to identify, shape, and manage opportunities through all phases of the capture process.The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in Federal contract capture, including a solid understanding of capture strategy, teaming analysis, and the development of compelling technical and management approaches.

Our mission is to help our government clients succeed by delivering high-quality, mission-focused solutions.Responsibilities:•    Lead the identification and capture of new business opportunities, maintaining a robust pipeline aligned with DoD and federal agency priorities.•    Apply a thorough understanding of the capture lifecycle, including stage-gate reviews, capture strategies, and Bid/No-Bid decisions.•    Conduct market research and competitive analysis to assess and prioritize opportunities.•    Build strategic relationships with new and existing customers and engage early in the acquisition process to help shape requirements.•    Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop compliant, competitive proposal teams.•    Engage regularly with government and industry stakeholders to shape and position for upcoming opportunities.•    Monitor federal opportunity portals (e.g., SAM.gov, GSA eBuy, Deltek GovWin) for RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs.•    Analyze solicitation requirements and contribute to the development of responsive, compelling proposal content.•    Support the Proposal Manager with writing assignments and actively participate in proposal color team reviews.•    Develop opportunity-specific win strategies, themes, and discriminators that align with customer needs and mission goals.•    Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, CRM systems, and other business development tools.•    Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.•    Familiarity with government contracting platforms such as GSA eBuy, Deltek GovWin, and SAM.gov.•    Willingness and ability to travel as required to support capture and business development efforts.•    Perform additional duties as assigned in support of company growth objectives.•    Willingness and ability to travel as required to attend meetings, engage stakeholders, or support capture activities.Qualifications•    Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.•    Minimum of 5 years of experience in a corporate-level capture or business development role, preferably supporting federal contracts.•    Solid understanding of Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition processes, including DD254s, CDRLs, and related documentation.•    U.S.

citizen with an active or previously held Secret Clearance.•    Familiarity with government contracting platforms such as GSA eBuy, Deltek GovWin, and SAM.gov.•    Proficient in Microsoft Office and other commonly used business software tools.•    Willingness and ability to travel as needed to support business development and capture activities.•    Shipley capture certification or training is a plus.enGenius Consulting Group is an Equal Opportunity EmployerM/F/D/V
