Remote Contract Position | 10-15 hours/week | 3-6 month engagement
We are looking for an expert consultant to diagnose deliverability challenges, guide strategy improvements, and help us scale our B2B outreach program.What you’ll do:
- Audit & diagnose current cold email performance and deliverability issues
- Optimize email infrastructure within Google Workspace/Gmail environment and/or explore alternative sender infrastructure
- Design sustainable outreach strategy balancing volume with engagement rates
- Implement monitoring systems for ongoing deliverability health
- Guide team on best practices and strategic decisions
The Challenge:We are sensitive to potential deliverability issues impacting results and need expert guidance to:
- Maintain domain reputation while scaling outreach
- Optimize inbox placement across major email providers
- Balance growth targets with sustainable email practices
- Navigate the evolving cold email landscape
What We're Looking ForEssential Experience:
- 5+ years optimizing cold email deliverability at scale
- Proven track record improving inbox placement and engagement rates
- Deep knowledge of domain reputation management and IP address
- Experience with Instantly, Outreach, GMass, Salesloft and/or similar cold email platforms
- Hands-on expertise with deliverability tools (Postmaster, Validity, etc.)
Ideal Background:
- An understanding of how sales copy content affects deliverability (not copywriting itself)
- Know how different types of sales language/content trigger spam filters
- Understand the technical deliverability implications of copy choices
- Google Workspace email infrastructure optimization
- Experience with high-volume B2B cold outreach environments
- Previous consulting or fractional work
- Nice to have: Creator economy or digital marketing industry knowledge

- Improved deliverability rates and inbox placement
- Increased email engagement metrics (opens, clicks, replies)
