About the Team


Rippl is the largest consortium of regional grocer and convenience store shopper data in the country. Using Bridg’s exclusive identity resolution capabilities, Rippl goes beyond loyalty cards and consumer panels to provide advertisers with access to a nationwide footprint of 140 million deterministic purchasers. Advertisers leverage SKU-level purchase data and hundreds of enriching attributes to enhance shopper intelligence, activate customizable audiences and drive closed loop measurement.Bridg is looking for a

Retail Media Network Sales Leader


reporting to the

Chief Revenue Officer. 


In this role, you will lead the strategy, development, and go-to-market execution of a multi-retailer retail media consortium. You will be responsible for continuing the development of a scalable and profitable retail media proposition, building strategic partnerships with retailers, brands and agencies, and delivering measurable value to all stakeholders. You will lead cross-functional initiatives across sales, marketing, product and engineering to grow a best-in-class media network that leverages unique shopper data to create compelling insights and advertising opportunities.

Responsibilities


Consortium Strategy & Execution


  • Evolve and execute a retail media consortium structure—bringing together a national footprint of retailers to monetize their first-party data assets and leverage their collective scale to maximize revenue opportunities

Retailer & Partner Engagement


  • Prospect, negotiate, and onboard retail participation; manage ongoing strategic partner relationships

Sales Leadership & Growth


  • Lead creation of consortium-level JBPs with brands & agencies, aligning on objectives, budgets, performance metrics, legal frameworks, and timelines. Build and execute the annual sales plan to scale data and media spend across a multi-retailer network.
  • Leading high performing sales teams; hiring, coaching, developing and retaining top talent

Cross-Functional Coordination


  • Collaborate closely with operations, analytics, product, legal and external agencies/tech partners to ensure seamless audience creation, campaign delivery, measurement, and client satisfaction.

Education & Enablement


  • Train internal and external stakeholders on platform capabilities, process governance, and retail media best practices. Scale consortium knowledge.

Thought Leadership & Industry Networking


  • Represent organization at conferences and industry events and advance Rippl’s retail media thought leadership. Monitor emerging trends in retail media, data-sharing, attribution modeling, privacy, ad tech innovation, and incorporate best practices across the consortium.

Performance Management & Reporting


  • Track sales KPIs—revenue, pipeline and client retention - and present regular updates to senior leadership.

Qualifications


  • 10+ years experience in digital advertising, sales, or retail media, ideally in CPG or large national retailers. Agency experience and familiarity with platforms like The Trade Desk, LiveRamp, Google Ad Manager, etc. is preferred
  • Proven track record selling media and building revenue pipelines within a retail or shopper-marketing context
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, closed-loop attribution, and performance reporting.
  • Experience negotiating with national advertisers and agencies on media investments
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Leadership experience managing a team and scaling new business operations.

Technical Environment


We primarily use macOS and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides). While our preferred platform is macOS, we support both macOS and Windows. Familiarity with or willingness to work within this environment is required.
