Role Overview:


We are seeking an experienced and hands-on SrOperations Administrator, that combines endpoint support and DC Operations orchestration. The ideal candidate will have experience in cross-functionalcollaborations with other technical and non-technical teams with a proven ability to deliver on complex, time-sensitive projects. This role is critical to ensuring the speed, reliability, and scalability of our trading infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Orchestratedata center operations work, including racking and cabling of servers, networking equipment and other related data center work.

  • Has an understanding of data center power utilization and planning.

  • Understanding of hardware for lab testing and lab setup.

  • Drive execution on strategic infrastructure projects, hardware deployments, migrations, and performance optimizations.

  • Build out and maintainWindows workstations, including hardware configuration, upgrades, and replacements

  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts with engineering, trading, and support teams

  • Develop and enforce best practices for hardware lifecycle, racking/stacking, and inventory management

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards for security and resilience

Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of experience in data center operations or infrastructure engineering

  • 3+ years of Windows support.

  • Strong technical knowledge of servers, networking equipment, cabling, and monitoring systems

  • Ability to thrive in a high-stakes, highly collaborative environment with a strong sense of ownership

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills

  • Experience in trading or other latency-sensitive environments is a plus

  • Willingness to work on call and the occasionalafter hours work.
