Position overview
We are seeking a Marketing Operations Analyst to play a key role in supporting our marketing initiatives. In this position, you will assist in planning, executing, and tracking marketing projects and campaigns that enhance member acquisition, retention, and engagement. You will collaborate with various teams, contribute to research and data analysis, and ensure the seamless integration of marketing efforts with broader organizational goals.The Marketing Operations Analyst position plays a key role in ensuring marketing efforts are efficient, and project managed from inception to execution, aligned with the teams and with the business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Support the coordination of resources and priorities for Xapo’s marketing strategy
- Assist in planning and tracking marketing projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time
- Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, providing insights to the team
- Help create and update project plans, schedules, and documentation
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of shared goals, seamlessly integrating marketing efforts with broader initiatives
- Assist with the development and management of vendor contracts and agreements
- Support vendor coordination and ensure deliverables meet agreed standards
- Perform daily administrative activities
- Assist in ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and integrity across marketing processes
- Conduct research for briefs and identify relevant resources, such as reports and case studies
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and the competitive landscape
- Documenting and refining marketing processes to improve efficiency
- Implementing tools and platforms to streamline marketing workflows
- Researching emerging trends in fintech and cryptocurrency marketing
- Maintaining Xapo’s brand consistency across all marketing initiatives.
Skills needed
- A recent Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Business, or a related field.
- Familiarity with advertising and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, LinkedIn, Instagram, Looker).
- Familiarity with tracking and analytics tools or a willingness to learn.
- Interest in exploring lead generation strategies and testing campaign effectiveness.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across teams.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities effectively.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Curiosity about marketing trends and openness to adopting new tools and technologies.
- Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to marketing and project initiatives.

Consultants joining Xapo Bank must comply with the Xapo Device Policy, which governs the use of corporate-approved laptops under Corporate-Owned, Personally Purchased Device (reimbursed up to $1,500) or Corporate-Owned, Personally Enabled Device (personal device with enforced security controls).
All devices must meet security requirements, enroll in Xapo’s Mobile Device Management (MDM), and adhere to compliance rules. COPPD devices remain Xapo property with buyback options upon exit. COPED users agree to data control measures, including mandatory corporate data wipes.Compliance with the Xapo Device Policy is mandatory for all consultants, onboarding will not proceed without adherence to the policy.
