Own and scale Raptive's comprehensive events strategy, managing both in-person and digital experiences that serve as key conversion drivers in the demand generation funnel. Build systematic, scalable processes for events.
What you’ll be doing:Strategic Event Planning
- Develop holistic annual event calendar aligned with demand generation goals and creator segments, prioritizing event participation based on pipeline impact and lead quality in partnership with Creator Growth (Sales) teams
- Create scalable event playbooks for regional events, webinars, and sponsorships
- Establish ROI measurement framework and attribution modeling for all event types
- Design event journey mapping that integrates with broader nurture sequences
Creator Advocacy & Community Building
- Develop programs that turn top creators into pipeline-driving advocates through exclusive experiences and community-building initiatives
- Design creator-led networking experiences that position Raptive creators as thought leaders while generating qualified prospects
In-Person Event Execution
- Plan and execute world-class, dedicated creator events in partnership with logistics team
- Manage vendor relationships, venue selection, and logistics coordination
- Explore partnership and sponsorship opportunities with existing conferences and events
Webinar Program Management
- Build and execute recurring webinar series by vertical and creator growth stage
- Develop modular webinar approach informed by prospect engagement data
- Coordinate with internal subject matter experts for programming development
- Create systematic post-webinar nurture and conversion sequences
Digital Event Innovation
- Implement interactive elements (polls, Q&A, breakouts) to increase engagement
- Develop hybrid event experiences that combine in-person and digital elements
- Create "always-on" digital experiences that complement scheduled events
- Experiment with new digital event formats and engagement tactics, with emphasis on strategic programming and engagement rather than logistics and hospitality management
Scalable Systems & Best Practices
- Codify event best practices into repeatable toolkits for scaling across regions and event types
- Create systematic measurement frameworks that enable data-driven event investment decisions
- Build template systems and processes that allow for consistent execution regardless of event size or location
Success Metrics
- Event attendance rates and engagement scores
- Event-to-application conversion rates
- Pipeline attribution from events (direct and influenced)
- Webinar completion rates and post-event engagement
- Cost per acquisition through events channel
The skills and experience you bring to the job:
- 4-6 years in events marketing, preferably in B2B or creator economy
- Experience managing both in-person and digital event programs
- Proven track record of scaling event programs and measuring ROI
- Strong project management and vendor management skills
- Experience with webinar platforms and event technology stack
- Background in performance marketing or demand generation preferred

The range provided is Raptive’s reasonable estimate of the annualized base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, geographic location, knowledge, skills and abilities.
