As a Receiving Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of incoming and outgoing goods. You will be responsible for verifying, recording, and processing incoming shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and assisting with warehouse operations. Requirements

Job Overview and Requirements:


The Receiving Clerk supports the Logistics Department by -

  • Receiving all stock, parts, equipment, and supplies in all warehouses in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Entering shipment information into the company's inventory management system promptly and accurately.
  • Matching shipment quantities and descriptions against purchase orders and invoices.
  • Inspecting incoming goods for any damage or discrepancies.
  • Preparing receiving reports and documentation.
  • Performing periodic and quarterly inventory checks and balances to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Managing and schedule lease returns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assisting with staging, stocking, and pulling orders.
  • Providing backup support to the Shipping Clerk as needed.
  • Adhering to all safety policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ months of experience in receiving and inventory control.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
