This role is not for AppDirect but for one of our trusted partners, Tune Energy. Tune Energy is one of the newest technologies impacting the world of energy and our team is looking for an individual who is independently motivated, able to solve problems, comes with a Channel Partner experience, is able to sell and close the deal.

About you


This is a high-impact, high-reward channel hunter role focused on building net-new partnerships from the ground up. It’s designed for someone who thrives in the chase, is motivated by uncapped earnings, and wants to build a channel engine from scratch. You’ll be backed by a strong product, tight enablement, and a compensation plan built to reward wins.

What you’ll do and how you’ll have an impact


  • Develop channel strategies, through relationships and new markets.
  • Train Channel Partners in Tune’s selling strategies and offerings
  • Monitor the performance of your Channel Partners, which includes trends, measuring effectiveness of programs and performance.
  • Deliver Sales Targets for Tune
  • Report sales progress and customer follow-up in weekly meetings
  • Manage and cultivate leads, funnel management
  • Ensure daily accurate information within CRM
  • Generate quotes per normalized pricing structure within the CRM
  • Provide support to customers as your Channel Partners request through technical support, product information and after-sales services

What we’re looking for


  • Must be well-spoken able to pitch an idea and convince an audience.
  • Demonstrated past record of delivering assigned sales targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Ability to develop relationships and build networks
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with others
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Experience effectively utilizing a CRM strongly preferred, specifically Salesforce
