In this role, you’ll lead by example—building scalable, intuitive user experiences, collaborating closely with Product Managers, and fellow engineers.You’ll work across a modern tech stack including React, JavaScript/TypeScript, PHP (Laravel), MySQL, and AWS (both serverless and non-serverless services), with growing opportunities to help build AI-powered features and pipelines.What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain scalable, user-friendly front-end web applications using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, and other engineers to deliver high-impact, customer-focused features.
  • Contribute to front-end architecture, participate in design decisions, and follow best practices in usability, performance, and accessibility.
  • Explore, propose, and help implement AI-driven solutions that enhance our product and customer experience.
  • Contribute to a strong testing culture by writing tests, promoting code quality and delivering reliable, maintainable code.
  • Contribute to and refine CI/CD pipelines using CircleCI, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, well-tested code.
  • Participate in system monitoring, troubleshooting, and ongoing operational improvements.

What We're Looking ForMust-Have Skills

  • Strong front-end experience with React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver complex front-end applications at scale.
  • Experience working closely with Product teams to translate customer needs into intuitive interfaces.
  • Proven leadership experience—leading projects or mentoring developers.
  • Comfortable working in a CI/CD environment, ideally with CircleCI.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across globally distributed teams.

Nice to Have

  • Back-end development experience with PHP (Laravel), and MySQL.
  • Experience with AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, EC2, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
  • Awareness or hands-on experience with AI pipelines or AI feature development.
  • AWS Certification (Developer Associate or higher).
  • Contributions to open-source projects or personal tech initiatives.
