ABOUT YOU:
- 1+ year of hands-on experience in email marketing in B2B.
- Understanding of key email marketing metrics (OR, CTR, Conversion Rates, and Engagement trends).
- Experience working with Hubspot (Snov.io, Sales Navigator or Apollo will be a plus)
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for template customization.
- Understanding of mobile adaptation for responsive email design.
- Experience creating automated email flows, multi-step drip sequences, and newsletters.
- Deep understanding of corporate buyer personas, buying cycles, and decision-making processes.
- English level - B2 or higher.
YOUR IMPACT:
- Develop and execute remarketing campaigns to re-engage cold leads and move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Build and optimize conversion with segmented email drip sequences for inbound leads, demo follow-ups, trials, and client engagement post-sales strategies.
- Own A/B testing and subject line optimization to maximize engagement and lead quality.
- Monitor performance and continuously improve campaigns based on data insights.
WILL BE A PLUS:
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS or wellness/health tech industry.
- Experience working with localization or multi-language campaigns.
- Background in working with LinkedIn lead gen campaigns or webinar/ event nurture flows.
