At Codelitt, we are more than just a product-development company - we are creators, innovators, and problem solvers. Our mission is to help companies unlock their potential by building exceptional digital experiences. We partner with businesses to bring their most ambitious ideas to life, from concept to launch and beyond. Our team thrives on challenges, pushing the boundaries of technology to craft solutions that make a real impact. If you're passionate about innovation and love tackling meaningful problems, you’ll find your home at Codelitt.

About the Role!

We’re teaming up with a global fintech leader to build a guided, data-seeded demo experience that lets prospective clients explore the core platform before they buy. You’ll be the senior front-end engineer on a small, cross-functional squad charged with shipping the MVP. The codebase is a modern Ember.js app connected to a large Java REST back end. You’ll own rich UI flows, inject realistic demo data, and ensure the experience mirrors production quality.

Who You Are:

  • Framework-flexible. You’re a seasoned JavaScript engineer who can ramp up on Ember quickly—or you already speak it fluently.
  • Product-minded. You think in user journeys, not just tickets, and appreciate the nuance of onboarding flows.
  • API-savvy. Comfortable wiring complex UIs to REST services; Java experience is a nice bonus.
  • Startup-speed. Thrive in small teams, unblock yourself, and keep scope laser-focused on launch.
  • Collaborative communicator. You work transparently across time zones (US & LATAM) and give/receive feedback well.

What You'll Do:

Build the Demo UI

  • Implement a guided-tour home page and modular app views in Ember.
  • Seed the environment with internally consistent fake data for realistic demos.

Integrate & Extend APIs

  • Shape front-end contracts with back-end services and, where needed, add lightweight CRUD endpoints.

Ensure Quality & Maintainability

  • Write accessible, well-tested components and document decisions clearly.
  • Champion best practices in code reviews and CI/CD.

Collaborate & Deliver

  • Pair with client engineers, designers, and PMs to refine scope.
  • Demo progress weekly, iterate on feedback, and hit the January launch window.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years professional front-end experience, with at least one large SPA under your belt.
  • Prior Ember.js work or proven ability to master new JS frameworks quickly.
  • Experience integrating with Java or comparable back-end stacks.
  • Strong grasp of state management, component architecture, and automated testing.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards, performance profiling, and CI/CD pipelines.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team.
  • Proactive and adaptable to a fast-paced development environment - especially vital on a six-month runway.
