Full-timeDescriptionAlliance InfoSystems, LLC, a MSP, headquartered in Hunt Valley, MD has an opportunity for an organized and creative self-starter to provide administrative support to its Sales department. This position provides overall administrative support to our Sales Team - headquarters location.  

Responsibilities (Summary):


  • Identify sales opportunities by engaging with potential clients and generating new leads through prospecting methods. I.e. calls, emails, letters, etc. 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns.
  • Schedule meetings with prospective clients for outside sales to manage.
  • Maintain accurate records and notes within the CRM system.
  • Conducts all administrative duties associated with the position to include, but not limited to, responding to emails/phone calls, document preparation, general office and document organization. Communications can involve confidential information and discretion is expected.
  • Responsible for scheduling and coordinating department meetings for sales and executives, on an as-needed basis. 
  • Develops administrative process improvements for the department.
  • Perform a variety of administrative and communications support duties for an individual, group or department to ensure office operations run smoothly and efficiently, including (but not limited to) preparing presentations and reports, drafting and editing internal and external communications.

Requirements

Successful candidate will have the following:


  • Associate degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • Prior office experience – 2+ years
  • Ability to work in multi-disciplinary settings and working in partnership with other professionals, agencies/organizations and a range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent writing and grammar, across a variety of medias and audiences and the ability to deliver copy to suit varied tone of voice within AIS.
  • Driven, flexible and reliable, with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required due to primary administrative functions.

  • Range =   $23 to $35 per hour
