Job Functions1. Lead and oversee a team of more than 200 sales advisors.2. Drive revenue growth, develop sales strategies, and ensure operational excellence across all distributed sales teams.3. Job Requirements1. Bachelor degree (or foreign equiv.) in Sales, International Studies or International Business.2. Domestic travel approx. 12 trips per month for a few days at a time to the following U.S. cities: Long Island, NY, Denver, CO, Houston, TX, Atlanta, GA, Chicago, IL and frequent travel to Central Florida – Tampa & Orlando.3. 18 mos. experience in sales leadership roles in fintech, financial services, or technology sectors.4. 18 mos. of experience leading marketing initiatives and sales for a fintech, financial services, or technology company.5. 18 mos. managing large geographically dispersed sales teams.6. Leading sales operations across multiple regions or states.

Requirements

Bachelor degree (or foreign equiv.) in Sales, International Studies or International Business.
Domestic travel approx. 1-2 trips per month for a few days at a time to the following U.S. cities: Long Island, NY, Denver, CO, Houston, TX, Atlanta, GA, Chicago, IL and frequent travel to Central Florida – Tampa & Orlando.
18 mos. experience in sales leadership roles in fintech, financial services, or technology sectors.
18 mos. of experience leading marketing initiatives and sales for a fintech, financial services, or technology company.
18 mos. managing large geographically dispersed sales teams.
18 mos. leading sales operations across multiple regions or states.
