Role Overview
You’re a strategic and execution-focused digital marketer, who is excited to build, optimize, and scale campaigns that drive qualified leads. You thrive on driving measurable results, improving performance, and crafting campaigns that attract, engage, and convert the right audience. You’re energized by experimentation—A/B testing, AI tools, audience segmentation, and learning what moves the needle.
What You’ll Do
- Own digital marketing performance across channels — including paid, SEO, social, and email —with a focus on scaling qualified lead generation and continuously improving ROI
- Lead paid media strategy and execution, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, and more. Direct third-party agencies as needed to ensure fast iteration and campaign optimization.
- Design and execute automated email nurture programs using HubSpot to engage leads throughout the buyer’s journey.
- Support optimizing website performance and SEO, ensuring content, conversion paths, and UX support lead generation goals.
- Forecast and advocate for the digital resources needed (people, budget, technology, campaigns) to drive sustainable pipeline growth.
Compensation
We’re excited to offer a competitive compensation package for this full-time role. The US base salary range is $100,000 to $130,000 - an estimate that may vary based on our company’s compensation practices. In addition to your base salary, you’ll also be eligible for our annual bonus or commission program, as well as comprehensive health and retirement benefits to keep you supported every step of the way.
