Role Overview:


The Key Partner Manager is a mission critical role designed to elevate how we serve our most strategic OEM and channel partners. This leader will act as the commercial and operational quarterback, driving accountability, performance, and innovation across internal teams to deliver exceptional value to our partners. You will align executive stakeholders, shape partner facing initiatives, and unlock opportunities to expand penetration, quality, and customer lifetime value. This is not a program manager role, it’s a commercial architect role for someone who thrives in complexity and is obsessed with elevating the partner experience.Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the lead business strategist for one or more top tier OEMs and channel partners, crafting and executing joint growth plans tied to partner objectives.
  • Own partner KPIs, program performance, and business reviews, ensuring transparency, follow through, and progress on commercial goals.
  • Lead internal cross functional pods including sales, operations, IT, legal, and risk to improve speed to market, service levels, and issue resolution.
  • Identify white space opportunities, drive new product and channel innovation, and partner with data and analytics to inform decisions.
  • Translate partner feedback into actionable product, pricing, and support changes; escalate critical insights to drive company-wide prioritization.
  • Leading and influencing the following operations to support Partners through the product delivery cycle as well as execute Key Partner imperatives:  Projects and New Initiatives

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Business, or a related field; (or equivalent work experience).
  • 7+ years of experience in key account, partner success, or enterprise relationship roles with measurable outcomes.
  • 5+ years of Automotive, retail finance, or OEM experience strongly with familiarity with F&I branded protection products, DTC models, and enterprise program management a plus.
  • Proven ability to lead with influence, build alignment, and execute across functions in matrixed organizations.
  • Strong business acumen with a track record of increasing penetration, profitability, and satisfaction across B2B accounts.
  • Executive level presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Experience with software (e.g., Salesforce) and CRM systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills: demonstrated ability to deliver precise and well-organized presentations; Demonstrated capability to communicate effectively with various organizational levels.
  • Strong training and leadership skills, with the ability to develop a team and manage cross-brand workflows.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, self-starter, pro-active, proven track record of sales success
  • Analytical rigor, ability to synthesize complex data into commercial insights and compelling partner narratives.
  • Proven track record of process improvement and project management, with a focus on driving efficiency and scalability.
  • Ability to work independently and handle complex projects in an exciting and fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S or Canada
    Must be able to successfully pass a background check
