Deliver our story with passion: Clearly communicate Victory’s mission, values, and massive growth opportunityOwn the candidate journey — from initial contact to offer — ensuring a high-touch, high-excitement experience🤝 Strategic Talent PartnershipPartner with department heads to understand team needs and hiring goalsRecommend sourcing strategies and process improvements to increase hiring velocity and qualityChampion diversity, equity, and inclusion in every stage of the recruiting process📊 Metrics & PerformanceTrack pipeline health, conversion rates, and time-to-fillHit weekly interview and hire targets while maintaining candidate qualityMaintain accurate data and notes in Lever (or current ATS)What You Bring to the Table2–4 years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced or high-volume environmentProven track record of sourcing, interviewing, and closing top talentExcellent communicator with an energetic, confident phone presenceHighly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skillsFamiliarity with ATS systems, especially Lever, is a plusPassionate about people, culture, and
