Cognicion LLC, a boutique eDiscovery services and information management provider is actively recruiting a Senior eDiscovery Consultant responsible for overseeing and delivering high quality eDiscovery projects. Serving as a trusted advisor to our clients, the Senior eDiscovery Consultant provides strategic guidance in the identification, collection, preservation, and analysis of electronic data for legal and regulatory matters. This role leads project teams, demonstrates effective project management, coordinates team resources, assists with project related tasks, and ensures a high level of client service.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:1. Acts as primary point of contact to internal and external clients for eDiscovery consultation. Advises regarding eDiscovery services and data management activities including, but not limited to, data collection, volume reduction services, data processing, hosted production workflows, data analytics, and document review.2. Develops a firm understanding of client’s technical requirements and objectives, documenting project specifications and requirements, and translating those needs to a team of internal technical staff.
3. Provides project scope and estimates to client and ensures adequate staffing and resources requirements to achieve project goals and timelines. 4. Delegates appropriate workflow tasks, including data management, data processing, and productions or other required work product.5. Implements project-specific quality control processes and oversees quality control of all out going work product.QUALIFICATIONS:• Bachelor’s degree required.
