Software Engineer in Test

Our agile, cross-functional teams work closely with clients, either integrating with their teams or providing independent guidance—to deliver measurable results and build lasting partnerships.We are seeking an SDET to help ensure the quality of key products from our Client, a Healthcare company. You will design and maintain automated test frameworks, lead quality initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Role & Responsibilities

Test Automation Frameworks: Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and select appropriate testing tools.
Test Execution & Defect Management: Execute and maintain automated and manual test suites, create test cases, and report defects.
Quality Assurance Leadership: Lead testing initiatives, define test strategies, and promote best practices within the team.
Collaboration & Development: Work closely with developers and product owners, participate in code reviews, and support feature development.
Continuous Improvement: Implement CI testing, participate in agile ceremonies, and drive process improvements.

Hard Skills - Must have

Previous experience with test automation frameworks and software development tools.
Experience with automation tools (e.g., Cypress, Vitest).
Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Java and NodeJS.
Experience testing APIs, familiarity with Git, CI/CD, SQL, and Jira.
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies.
