Build something big. Scale with impact.

One of the fastest-growing healthtech companies in the country is hiring a Senior Manager of Accounting to lead audits, own reporting, and build the financial backbone of a high-growth business. This is a hands-on leadership role with room to grow into a Director title as the company scales. The role is fully remote, with a strong plus for candidates in the Beverly Hills area open to a hybrid schedule (2 days/week).

  • Deliver clean, GAAP-compliant financials and ensure readiness for future scaling
  • Partner with the CFO and FP&A on budgeting, board materials, and executive reporting
  • Improve systems, controls, and accounting workflows from the ground up
  • Support contract reviews, finance operations, and special projects
  • Play a key role in hiring and mentoring as the finance team grows

What You Bring

  • CPA strongly preferred
  • 5–8+ years of progressive accounting experience
  • Public accounting background or experience at a fast-moving in-house finance team
  • Proven track record leading or supporting audits
  • Strong judgment and comfort operating in a lean, high-growth environment
  • FP&A or strategic finance exposure is a bonus
  • U.S.-based (strong preference for candidates who can occasionally work from the Beverly Hills office)

What’s in It for You

  • $130K–$150K base salary, aligned with senior manager/director compensation across the U.S.
  • Compelling equity package
  • Full medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401(k)
  • Unlimited PTO + paid holidays
  • Flexible remote schedule (hybrid optional in Westwood office)
