This platform is used across multiple countries and locations and serves as a centralized hub for managing, tracking, and coordinating business activities worldwide.Our focus will be on maintaining system performance, addressing bugs, implementing minor enhancements, and ensuring continuous monitoring to support a seamless user experience.As a Fullstack Developer on this project, you’ll play a key role in improving and supporting the platform, working closely with the client to drive high-impact outcomes.

Role & Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with the client to understand project requirements, manage expectations, and ensure clear communication on progress and deliverables.
Identify, address, and resolve technical debt within the client’s existing tools, promoting sustainable and efficient solutions.
Optimize and enhance file processing systems, focusing on scalability, reliability, and performance.
Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring project milestones and timelines are met.
Contribute to a collaborative and efficient work environment, sharing best practices and fostering continuous improvement.

Hard Skills - Must have:

Proficient expertise in backend development in Node or similar (TypeScript, Python, Ruby)
Strong in front-end development using React
Experience with cloud services (Microsoft Azure, AWS or GCP).

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with clients in a collaborative and solutions-focused manner.
A proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
Fluid in English.
