Join us and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality documentation for our suite of solutions used by thousands of companies worldwide.As a Technical Writer, you will play a crucial role in creating comprehensive and user-friendly documentation for our products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, product researchers, UX designers, and a network of passionate subject-matter experts to gather accurate information and produce knowledge assets that meet the needs of our clients. With your expertise in software documentation, you will ensure the clarity, accuracy, and consistency of our technical content. Core Responsibilities:


  • Plan, research, and write documentation of moderate to high complexity.
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, UX, and SMEs to understand how features work to produce knowledge assets that clients need.
  • Write and maintain documentation for our users, such as configuration and set up guides, user guides, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and verify the accuracy of documentation.
  • Conduct thorough research to gather technical details and produce comprehensive and accurate documentation.
  • Review and edit existing documentation for clarity, accuracy, and consistency to enhance the user journey, remove redundancies, identify gaps, and improve overall structure.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technical documentation.

Who's our ideal candidate?


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience authoring high-quality knowledge content.
  • Expert knowledge of English grammar, spelling, punctuation, and usage.
  • Ability to comprehend technical concepts and effectively communicate them to diverse audiences.
  • Detail-oriented and organized approach to work.
  • Strong research and analytical skills to gather and verify technical information. * Proven experience developing content for online delivery.
  • Ability to review documentation and provide constructive feedback to peers.

Desirable Experience:


  • UX writing experience (crafting UI copy).
  • Familiarity with single-source documentation processes.
  • Experience working in distributed team environments across different time zones.
  • Familiarity with issue tracking systems for task management (e.g. Jira).
  • Basic HTML and CSS knowledge.
  • Understanding of AI prompt writing and usage.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based documentation tools (such as ClickHelp).
