humans improve.We are now looking for an Account Manager to address clients' needs and establish a long-lasting relationship with them, ensuring NPS and retention.

You could be a perfect match for the position if


You want to:


  • Maintain clients' relationships on a strategic level starting from day 0,
  • Ensure clients' business goals are followed while the satisfaction rate is high,
  • Conduct training sessions, induce product adoption,
  • Proactively identify clients' needs and pains, communicate them to Product Owners and Delivery team,
  • Handle incident review,
  • Manage change requests, configuration changes and upsells,
  • Own the renewal process and prevent possible churn.

You have:


  • 5+ years of previous account management experience (preferably with enterprise),
  • Excellent level of English,
  • Experienced with CRM systems (Salesforce/ Hubspot),
  • Openness for business travels,
  • Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills (contracts/upsells),
  • Ability to identify business needs and lead upsell opportunities,
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills,
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team.

Pleasant extras:
