About the Job:


We are looking for an exceptional and user-obsessed Associate Product Manager to join our team and lead a large-scale, greenfield project from concept to launch. This role will be pivotal in shaping and launching a new marketing content creation application for financial advisors, powered by generative AI. The ideal candidate is a product builder at heart, deeply empathetic to user needs, and passionate about solving complex problems in the financial advisor space.Responsibilities:

  • A/B Experimentation: Design, build, and manage the end-to-end A/B testing process, from hypothesis generation to implementation and analysis.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Own the reporting and communication of experiment results to the product team and other stakeholders, providing clear, actionable insights.
  • Sprint Support: Assist the Senior PM in sprint planning, backlog grooming, writing user stories, and ensuring the development team has a clear understanding of priorities and requirements.
  • User Research: Support user research initiatives by helping with interview preparation, note-taking, and synthesis of customer feedback.
  • Problem Solving: Independently identify and address smaller product issues, bugs, or user experience friction points, working with design and engineering to implement solutions.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, data science, and marketing to execute on product goals and support successful feature launches.

Skills/Experience you have:

  • 2+ years of experience in product management, data analysis, business analysis, or a related role in a technology company.
  • Proven experience with data analysis and a strong ability to derive insights from quantitative data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • A self-motivated and proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and a "get it done" attitude.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and the sprint process.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Skills/Experience preferred:

  • Direct experience with A/B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, VWO, LaunchDarkly).
  • Experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics).
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
  • Experience working on AI/ML-powered products or in the B2B SaaS space.
  • Familiarity with the call center industry or voice technologies.

Physical Requirements:


  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to communicate via phone calls and/or video conferences (mainly for concierge and sales roles)
