Seeq is looking for a bold, strategic, and future-forward marketing leader to elevate our demand generation function to the next level. As our Director of Growth & ABM, you’ll lead the charge in transforming our programs into a fully integrated, sales-aligned ABM engine—one that combines the power of AI, deep buyer insights, and precision-targeted campaigns to accelerate revenue growth.

🔍 What You’ll Do:


  • Architect and lead our global ABM strategy, evolving traditional demand gen into account-first, multi-touch experiences (1:1, 1:few, 1:many).
  • Power personalization with AI-driven tools like 6sense, Demandbase, and predictive analytics to engage key accounts with the right message at the right time.
  • Align deeply with Sales, Sales Development, and RevOps to build integrated plays that drive results across buying groups and segments.
  • Lead and inspire a team of senior campaign managers, digital specialists, and operations pros to execute cross-channel campaigns that convert.
  • Optimize every touchpoint, from our website to webinars to social channels like LinkedIn, Facebook, and X.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, partner marketing, and field teams to deliver cohesive campaigns tailored to strategic accounts.
  • Drive results and insight, using metrics to continuously improve performance, track velocity, and report impact on pipeline and revenue.
  • Educate and evangelize ABM best practices and emerging tech across the organization.

Requirements


🎯 What We’re Looking For:


  • 10+ years in B2B marketing, with 5+ years building and leading ABM or demand gen teams—especially in SaaS, enterprise tech, or AI.
  • Proven success launching scalable ABM strategies that deliver pipeline, revenue, and ROI.
  • Experience with leading platforms like 6sense, Drift, ChatGPT, Salesforce, and Marketo.
  • A collaborative leader who thrives in cross-functional environments and can influence at all levels.
  • Data-driven mindset with a strong grasp of attribution models and performance reporting.
  • Excellent communicator and mentor—someone who builds teams and brings people along for the ride.

⭐ Bonus Points For:


  • Experience in industrial tech, AI-powered SaaS, or analytics.
  • Familiarity with sales enablement tools like Highspot or Seismic.
