Why we’re looking for you


As our Director of Salesforce Architecture you will be the technical visionary and strategic leader of our CRM ecosystem. Reporting directly to the VP of Revenue Operations, you'll be a key driver of our go-to-market initiatives by designing our Salesforce architecture for both speed and scale. You'll unequivocally contribute to company growth by creating the technical foundation that enables rapid iteration, while managing technical debt, implementing world-class documentation, and establishing governance processes that accelerate rather than hinder our pace.This is a strategic leadership position where you'll directly impact business outcomes through technical excellence.

You'll partner closely with our Director of Data & Analytics (who handles data engineering, pipelines, and architecture) to ensure seamless integration across our technology landscape.Ā We are hiring an architect early; this role isn’t about fixing a broken system, it’s about adding additional firepower to our team for rapid scale. With complete ownership and accountability for the CRM architecture, you'll make pragmatic decisions about when to build for immediate needs versus long-term scalability – balancing speed with intelligent design as we execute our aggressive growth trajectory.This role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada.

  • Design and evolve our Salesforce architecture to enable rapid business execution while building for hyper-growth
  • Establish architectural principles that accelerate development velocity without compromising scalability
  • Implement lean governance frameworks that maintain architectural integrity while enabling speed to market
  • Make decisive technical trade-offs that balance immediate business outcomes with long-term architectural vision
  • Transform technical debt management from a purely technical exercise to a business enablement strategy
  • Create efficient architectural documentation that serves as a force multiplier for development speed
  • Establish checks and balances for deployments to maintain system stability without slowing down innovation
  • Lead the technical aspects of major Salesforce initiatives, including potential CPQ implementation
  • Optimize our heavily Flow-customized environment for both performance and scalability

šŸ¤ Who You'll Work With


  • This role reports directly to the VP of Revenue Operations
  • You'll partner closely with our Director of Data & Analytics who handles data engineering, pipelines, and architecture
  • You'll collaborate with our Salesforce administration and development team that operates in an agile model
  • You'll work with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure the CRM supports critical business initiatives

āœ… What We're Looking For


  • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent depth of expertise with a clear path to CTA
  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect and System Architect certifications
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience architecting complex Salesforce solutions
  • Deep expertise in Flow-based automation scalability and best practices
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce data modeling, security models, and integration patterns
  • Proven experience designing solutions that scale from hundreds to thousands of users
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce development best practices, including source control, CI/CD, and testing methodologies
  • Experience with integrations involving Snowflake, Salesloft, HubSpot Marketing Automation, and Sigma
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate how technical decisions drive business outcomes
  • Decisive, with a proven track record of making architectural trade-offs that accelerate go-to-market initiatives
  • Strategic vision that connects CRM capabilities directly to revenue growth and customer experience
  • Obsession with using intelligent architecture to create tangible business results and competitive advantages
  • Self-driven with the courage to know when to push for speed and when to advocate for architectural integrity

šŸ† Pay and benefits


  • The estimated base salary range for this role is $200-240K for US/Canada-based roles, depending on experience and location, plus a generous pre-IPO equity package.
