Director, Partnerships

Narvar is growing! We are looking for a Director of Partnerships to expand Narvar’s reach and engagement through partnerships and broader ecosystem development. You will devise and execute referral, reseller and platform strategies that unlock one-to-many opportunities to scale Narvar’s business. 

Day-to-day


  • Map the ecosystem, source partners from that ecosystem and negotiate first-in-kind deals that accelerate Narvar’s business and drive meaningful revenue
  • Drive excitement and engagement across the ecosystem and serve as an evangelist in the industry 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across product, engineering, marketing, sales, customer success, finance and legal to scale Narvar’s business

What we are looking for


  • BA/ BS required, MS/ MBA would be nice to have
  • 10+ years of channel sales or business development experience with specific revenue generating partnerships
  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS experience
  • Must have direct, recent experience building revenue generating partnerships
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, assess and prioritize channel opportunities and the target partners within those channels
  • Demonstrated experience leading large, complex, first-in-kind commercial deals -- from opportunity assessment to execution to launch
  • Demonstrated ability to absorb and learn new domains quickly
  • Previous startup experience required

Within the range, individual compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to, skill set, education and certifications, and work location. Narvar Pay Range$180,000 - $240,000USD
