Job Summary:
The Account Manager will work closely with digital and website clients to manage projects and grow client adoption of services that help client grow their business. The chosen candidate will be required to meet with clients and team members to understand business initiatives monthly and turn those conversations into tactical marketing strategies. Attention to detail is crucial and you will be measured on execution of strategies both on new services and on budget. The candidate should be able to manage their own workload prioritization, be professional in all communication, able to multi-task and make solid business decisions.

Job Responsibilities:
- The candidate will strategize with assigned clients on marketing and promotional activities that drive local consumers to shop online and in-store.
- Must be able to discuss complex strategies and execute.
- Strong communication skills with an attention to detail. In practice, this means creating promotional plans, packaging them up to create an easy-to-follow program, and pushing the content out in multiple channels and formats.
- Must understand current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practices and be able to articulate these into terms that your client’s others can understand.
- Able to plan strategically and then cull the information down into scope briefs for execution. Plan and track against deadlines. Ideally, we look to plan 90 days out.
- Report back to clients monthly on performance and conversions across all media channels and website, to include digital KPIs.
- Must work well with others of varying levels within the organization. Must collaborate day-to-day with all teams and other departments.
- Participate in and lead webinars/conference calls with field reps as needed.
- Point person for determining all promotional content across all media channels. Coordinate website/digital changes, third-party print vendors, and others as needed.
- Drives retailer participation in advertising and ensures co-op submission is claimed correctly and quickly post event. Looks for ways to increase retailer’s co-op percentages/participation.
- Travels to Nationwide PrimeTime events (twice annually) with possible additional travel periodically for customer visits.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field. Master’s degree, preferred
- Three or more years of experience in account management and marketing, with 1-2 years expertise in digital marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Work Environment:
Must be able to read, write, and communicate both verbally and in written form to express and exchange ideas. While performing the responsibilities of this job, the employee must be able to access all components of the workstation and other office equipment. Frequent typing, writing, bending, and twisting. Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds. General office environment with moderate noise. This position is mostly sedentary, involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
A busy environment with many unscheduled interruptions. Frequent computer use at workstation for extended periods of time. Public contact position requiring appropriate business apparel.
