🚨 We're Hiring: Platform Support Engineer (On-Call – CTV Platform)
📍 Hybrid | 🕒 24/7 Global On-Call Rotation | 🌎 Join a Worldwide TeamSiprocal is looking for a Platform Support Engineer to strengthen the on-call operations of our CTV Platform. This role is essential in maintaining system uptime, responding to critical alerts, and ensuring smooth platform performance. You’ll work closely with DevOps and engineering teams, triaging incidents and continuously improving support workflows.🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Monitor platform alerts and respond within 5 minutes to maintain availability and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, escalating when needed based on runbook guidance.
- Document issues and actions taken, contributing to detailed post-incident reviews.
- Improve and maintain alerting systems and runbooks to reduce noise and resolution time.
- Integrate and manage alert pipelines using tools like CloudWatch, Jenkins, Icinga, and our ticketing systems (Freshworks, Splunk On-Call).
- Work across platforms including AWS Console, EMR Resource Manager, Airflow UI, Kibana, and more.
âś… Ideal Candidate Has:
- Hands-on experience in on-call, support engineering, SRE, or incident response roles.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (especially AWS) and distributed systems.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Familiarity with ticketing and alerting tools.
- Comfortable working as part of a 24/7 rotation in a hybrid format, international environment.

- Experience with CTV or video streaming platforms.
- Familiarity with internal tools such as C6 Platform, Imply, Airflow, or data pipeline operations.
- Ability to work independently and document troubleshooting steps clearly.
