Who We're Looking For:As a QA Engineer Intern at Fintel Connect, you’ll help ensure the quality and reliability of our SaaS platform by developing and executing automated tests. This role is ideal for someone passionate about QA automation and eager to explore AI- driven testing solutions. You’ll gain hands-on experience in automation frameworks and learn how AI can accelerate the QA process within a dynamic fintech environment.We are looking for an intern to join us in office for 4 months.Core Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain sustainable design systems for Fintel Connect applications and products, including reusable UI components and assets.
- Develop and maintain automated tests
- Perform manual tests with a meticulous attention to detail
- Build and manage test plans and cases, and coordinate testing across teams as required
- Identify and document defects, bugs, errors within the system in the multiple development environments
- Prior to production deployment and work with developers to verify fixes
- Create and maintain system documentation
- Stage test environments to reproduce customer reported issues
- Monitor and add data required for the AI to continue to learn
- Review raw AI data to ensure it is behaving as expected
- Collaborate with teams to enhance the quality of software delivery using end-to-end testing
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science with interest and knowledge in Quality Control.
- 1+ years of experience in writing end to end test cases and testing API endpoints
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify test scenarios and implement automation using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or similar frameworks.
- Explore and integrate AI-driven solutions to accelerate the QA process, including test case generation and test result analysis.
- Participate in code reviews, defect triage, and sprint planning, gaining exposure to Agile development workflows.
- Continuously learn and apply best practices in QA automation and AI to streamline testing and improve coverage.
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time, with competing deadlines.
