Sr. Total Rewards Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Total Rewards expert to help support the design, development, and global implementation of our compensation and benefits programs. As a key member of the People team, you will help ensure that our Total Rewards strategy is aligned with business goals, market-competitive, and equitable. You will work closely with senior leadership across HR, Finance, and Legal to shape programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent worldwide.

Key Responsibilities


  • Drive the design and evolution of global compensation structures, equity programs, and benefits offerings.
  • Lead global benefits strategy and execution, including health, retirement, pension, and wellness programs across key international markets including Canada, Germany, India, Poland, Sweden, UAE, and UK.
  • Develop and execute strategies that enhance pay equity, internal consistency, and external competitiveness.
  • Provide thought leadership on executive compensation, incentive design, and governance.
  • Partner with HRBPs and senior leaders to influence compensation and reward decisions.
  • Manage compensation cycles (merit, bonus, equity), including modeling, calibration, and communication strategies.
  • Oversee vendor selection and management for benefits and compensation benchmarking tools.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant local and international laws and regulations (e.g., FLSA, pay transparency, EEO, ERISA, GDPR)
  • Support analytics and reporting related to compensation benchmarking, pay equity, and program effectiveness.

Qualifications


  • 8+ years of progressive experience in global Total Rewards, including compensation and benefits leadership.
  • Experience designing compensation philosophy, frameworks, and global programs.
  • Advanced analytical skills and fluency in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization platforms.
  • Strong understanding of executive and equity compensation.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks globally.
  • Experience working with HRIS systems such as UKG, Workday, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience with Open Enrollment processes, including employee communications, vendor coordination, and system testing.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Summary pay range: $150,000-$200,000.This position is currently part of Boeing, but is planned to transition to an independent company owned by Thoma Bravo, as part of a pending divestiture of the Digital Aviation Solutions organization. If you are selected for this role, your employment may initially be with Boeing (dependent on start date). Subject to final regulatory approvals and closing conditions, your employment may transfer to the divested business owned by Thoma Bravo at close.
