We are seeking a highly motivated HR Automation working student to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong affinity for enhancing and automating HR processes using advanced technologies such as
roboticprocess automation (RPA), machine learning, and natural language processing. This role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to support the opportunities for automation, ideating, developing and implementing automation solutions, and ensuring the successful adoption of these technologies within the HR function.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the enhancement and automation of relevant HR processes
- Develop and implement automation solutions using RPA, machine learning, and natural language processing
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of automation initiatives and make necessary adjustments
- Provide training and support to HR staff on the use of automation tools and technologies
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in HR automation and recommend best practices.
