About the role:


We are looking for a seasoned Product Manager for our Workflows pod. This PM will own our creative workflow and build the foundation to expand to multiple channels and distribution methods that lay at the heart of marketing. This PM will work closely with customers to build out a suite of tools, powered by AI, that feel like magic.This Product Manager will partner directly with our Founders, Head of Product, and a team of engineers and designers on net new product development and some of the most important challenges we face in the company.

What you’ll do:


The role of product manager can be simplified to three things:

  • Work closely with customers to understand their problems and pick the ones we should solve.
  • Identify innovative solutions and communicate them with clarity to the company.
  • Rally your team and execute on delivering high quality products that users love. **

What you bring:


  • 5+ years of experience in a product management in a startup setting
  • Proven experience building 0—>1 products, preferably as a founder, in the AI or B2B space
  • Experience or interest in B2B marketing, optimization, and personalization
  • Experience partnering with engineers, with a deep understanding of how software works
  • Someone who is energized by ambiguity and can create structure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Hiring process for this role:


The hiring process for this role looks like this:

  • Recruiter Phone Screen (20 minutes): you’ll meet with Elizabeth, our Lead Recruiter to discuss your experience in Product and how this role aligns with your career goals
  • Hiring Manager Screen (30 minutes): you’ll meet with Henrik Berggren, Head of Product, to discuss your experience building products 0—>, decision making, and the challenges and goals of this role
  • Product Interview(~1.5 hours): You’ll meet with members of the product team to talk about Product Sense and Execution
  • Technical Interview (45 minutes): you’ll meet with one of our engineers to dive deeper into your technical skills
  • Virtual Onsite (~ 2 hours): you’ll meet with cross-functional partners to discuss collaboration and leadership, as well as Nikhil Mathew, CTO to talk strategic vision and leadership

Compensation:


Mutiny is proud to offer a competitive compensation package to all full-time employees, including base salary, equity, and comprehensive benefits. The estimated salary range for this role is $200,000-220,000k and is determined based on many factors, including prior experience.
