This individual will play a critical role in launching new partnerships, accelerating partner-sourced growth, and ensuring operational excellence across the entire partnership lifecycle.You’ll need to be a strategic thinker and strong operator who’s willing to get scrappy and work with a variety of internal and external parties in a fast-paced environment. Location:
Corestream is headquartered in Tampa, FL but with a significant population of employees based all over the country, being based in Tampa is not a requirement to apply! Travel required up to 30%.Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end management of strategic partnerships—from onboarding and integration to growth acceleration and performance tracking
- Develop and execute integrated go-to-market strategies in collaboration with partner and internal teams, including messaging, launch readiness, and enablement tools
- Align partnership goals with company priorities and support seamless communication and execution across all teams.
- Establish standard operating procedures, training materials, and governance models to support scalable partner engagement and ongoing relationship health
- Identify potential risks related to partnership success and proactively design mitigation strategies to protect timelines and revenue goals
- Define, track, and report on partnership KPIs for internal and external stakeholders
- Deliver business reviews and strategic recommendations that inform senior leadership on partnership health, growth opportunities, and process improvements
- Travel up to 30% for partner engagement and strategic planning
Characteristics and Competencies:

- Dogged persistence – even if stakeholders are non-responsive or slow
- Can see the opportunity in a problem – critical thinker that can identify potential for improvement and drive solutions
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative influencer – leverages excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experience:
- 8+ years vendor or partner management experience
- Experience within Salesforce is required; knowledge of opportunity workflows, implementation of processes and improving tools encouraged
- Proven track record of optimizing relationships and business processes to improve results
- Bachelor's degree is required
Cherries on Top:
- Prefer experience in account management, project management, or relationship management
- Prefer previous experience managing teams and developing staff
