As an Integrations Developer, you’ll help build and maintain smart, scalable integrations with systems like:
- job boards
- social media platforms
- CRM systems
You’ll work closely with experienced medior and senior developers, and you will:
- take full ownership of your projects (from technical design to implementation)
- manage communication with external partners
- align on integration specs
- help shape the technical backbone of our platform
As you grow in the role:
- you’ll contribute to process and product improvements
- you’ll make independent technical decisions that have real impact
📍Location:
Groningen (with the possibility to work partially from home over time)
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (field of study is less important — we care more about your mindset and ability to work independently).
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience with PHP and MySQL in a professional setting. Experience from personal or academic projects also counts.
- Solid back-end development skills and an interest in working on technical integrations. Some front-end experience is a plus, but not required.
- A passion for growth — you’re motivated to keep developing your skills and to learn from a team of experienced developers.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Comfortable communicating in both Dutch and English, especially with external partners.
