Job Summary


As an Implementation Analyst at MeridianLink, you’ll play a key role in delivering software solutions to our clients. You’ll lead the full lifecycle of software deployments—from onboarding and configuration to training and ongoing support—ensuring a smooth and successful experience for both new and existing customers.

Responsibilities


-Guide clients through the implementation of MeridianLink’s software, offering best practices and tailored recommendations.-Manage onboarding activities, including system connectivity and third-party integrations.-Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the deployment process, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery.-Collaborate with internal teams to align project goals and resolve issues proactively.-Track project milestones and ensure all deliverables are met on schedule.-Identify opportunities to improve client outcomes and contribute ideas to enhance our products and services.

Qualifications, Skills, & Abilities


-2–4 years of experience in software implementation, client services, or a related field.-Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.-Strong working knowledge of Microsoft systems and tools.-Excellent communication and organizational skills.-A collaborative mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.-A proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement.Apply for this job
