Growth Team at Capital on Tap


You’ll join the Growth Team, reporting to our Lead Commercial Analyst. The team’s mission is to drive customer acquisition, improve profitability, and maximise efficiency.

What You’ll Be Doing


We’re looking for a Senior Growth Analyst to help drive our rapid expansion by identifying and executing on high-impact commercial opportunities.For your first 6–12 months, you’ll lead the development of a world-class direct marketing system - the backbone of our customer acquisition engine. You’ll own the commercial and technical strategy for our largest acquisition channel and have a direct P&L impact.Beyond this, you’ll have the opportunity to either broaden your impact across other strategic areas of the business or double down on scaling and optimising our direct marketing capabilities.

  • Identifying, analysing, and executing opportunities to boost productivity and reduce costs in direct marketing
  • Evaluating new approaches, data sources, and tools
  • Monitoring channel performance and contributing to model improvements
  • Advising on strategic and commercial decisions
  • Expanding your impact across other business areas over time

We’re Looking For 🔎


Required:

  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills
  • 2:1 or higher in a quantitative degree from a top university
  • Strong communication skills across stakeholders, including senior leadership
  • A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-impact environments
  • Willingness to dig deep into data, tools, and systems
  • Curiosity about Growth and building world-class acquisition functions

Preferred

  • 3–6 years’ experience in top-tier consulting or a high-growth startup
  • 1st-class degree in a quantitative field from a top university
  • Experience with advanced statistical or machine learning methods

Nice to have skills:

  • Familiarity with SQL, DBT, Snowflake, Looker, Hex, Azure DevOps
  • Background in Marketing, Credit, or Financial Services
  • Experience with advanced experimentation structure and design

Interview Process 🤝


🤝First round: 30 minute intro and values call with Talent Partner (Video call)🤝Second round: 45 minute competencies overview and case study with Team Manager (Video call)🤝Final round: 45 minute assessment with CCO (In person), with an additional 30 minute interview with another leadership team member of CoT
