We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will need to demonstrate strong time management skills, including the ability to multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines. This role requires the highest level of professionalism, strong interpersonal skills, exceptional written skills, analytical skills, and a strong attention to detail. You will engage with potential hires and Hiring Managers to schedule interviews, greet and facilitate on-site interviews, post job advertisements, review resumes to confirm applicants’ qualifications, collect and provide interview feedback, support our internal employee referral program, and perform additional responsibilities as needed. As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will collaborate with Human Resources, Hiring Managers, and leadership across the organization to provide an exceptional candidate experience to our potential hires.
Additionally, you will have the opportunity to learn multiple recruitment tools, develop your relationship-building techniques, and expand your knowledge of recruitment strategies.
Required
- BS or BA degree
- 2 years of direct experience with talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 suite
- Experience with HR/applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
