PCMI (Policy Claim Management International) is a fast-growing, leading provider of integrated software for Extended Warranty Management and Finance and Insurance (F&I) administration. We are a SaaS company that operates in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment. Our 3 teams located in the US, Poland, and Thailand work collaboratively around the clock to build our PCRS platform that automates the full administration lifecycle of all extended warranties, F&I products, and service contracts for our customers.
What You’ll Do
The Sr Recruiter will work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs and meet hiring goals. This role will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of roles. This role will foster high-touch relationships and partner with managers to design, refine and implement innovative recruitment strategies. In this role, you will:
- Develop and implement overall recruiting strategy to meet hiring metrics.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications; perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
- Collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
- Develop effective job postings and post open roles to relevant platforms.
- Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative strategies to find quality candidates.
- Recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions. Arrange and facilitate onsite interviews when needed.
- Screen resumes and manage candidates throughout the hiring process, from interview preparation to final-offer negotiation.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates.
- Assess candidates’ relevant knowledge, skills, experience and aptitudes.
- Utilize technical assessments when needed to qualify candidates.
- Conduct or acquire background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
- Draft and execute offer letters and handle candidate negotiations.
- Handle employee onboarding and assist managers on creating onboarding plans when needed.
- Provide guidance to managers on best practices in hiring/interviewing/assessing candidates.
- Develop relationships with managers to build awareness of their departments, hiring needs, and job specifications.
- Maintain database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects.
- Monitor and apply recruitment best practices.
- Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to leadership.
- Create and implement employer branding strategy and respond to online reviews.
- Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”.
What You’ll Need to Join Our Team
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience.
- Seven or more years of experience in full cycle recruitment.
- Experience recruiting within the SaaS industry for hard to fill roles.
- Experience working for a recruitment agency.
- Experience in talent acquisition including, job postings, interviewing, scheduling, conducting skills assessments, creating offers and completing background checks/employee eligibility verifications.
- Proven success in conducting interviews using various methods (phone, video, email, in-person).
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, behavioral, etc).
- Ability to organize skills assessments.
- Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and job boards.
- Proven experience in developing recruitment strategies.
- Proven experience meeting recruitment metrics.
- Understanding of state and federal employment law.
- Human resources certification preferred such as SHRM-CP, PHR or aPHR.
