About Overhaul Partnerships
The Overhaul Partner Program is “where collaboration drives innovation.” We work with an expanding ecosystem that includes supply chain/logistics tech, Insurtech, IoT manufacturers, marketplaces, Systems Integrators, and logistics service providers. Our program gives partners access to Overhaul's tech and expertise to enhance supply chain performance, mitigate risk, and create new revenue streams. Our partnership philosophy is rooted in collaborative growth—as our ecosystem expands, each partner benefits from the network’s collective strength and shared innovation.
Together, we solve complex supply chain challenges through seamless integrations, joint offerings, and aligned go-to-market strategies.
Position Overview
Overhaul is rapidly scaling our partner ecosystem with the ambitious goal of driving 50% of total revenue through partnerships within the next 5–10 years. As our Sr. Manager, Partner Engagement, you will be at the forefront of building and activating our partner ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on turning strategic partner relationships into high-impact collaborations that accelerate revenue and adoption. You’ll lead engagement across the full lifecycle: from recruitment to onboarding, enablement, and ongoing activation.
Your focus will be on driving joint pipeline, product adoption, and go-to-market execution, ensuring that every partner in our ecosystem is not only connected but engaged, enabled, and producing measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner Relationship Management: Own day-to-day partner engagement across your assigned portfolio (tech, SI, channel, IoT, insurance, etc.). Build trust, grow mindshare, and serve as the primary liaison and advocate.
- Activation & Enablement: Develop onboarding and enablement frameworks tailored to partner type. Create repeatable programs that accelerate time-to-value and generate activity in the first 90 days.
- Joint Go-to-Market (GTM): Co-develop and execute go-to-market plans with partners, including campaigns, events, and joint content. Partner with Overhaul marketing and sales to activate campaigns that drive pipeline.
- Partner Success: Ensure partners are equipped to drive demand, position Overhaul effectively, and expand within their accounts. Track enablement milestones, training, and marketing activity.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure internal alignment and execution of partner-led initiatives.
- Pipeline Acceleration: Influence and co-sell with partners. Help partners position Overhaul during the sales cycle, unlocking new accounts and accelerating deals.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Monitor key partner KPIs (engagement level, sourced/influenced pipeline, enablement scores, campaign outcomes) and optimize accordingly.
- Voice of the Partner: Serve as a feedback loop to Product and Marketing. Advocate for enhancements that deepen partner integration and differentiation.
- Community & Ecosystem Engagement: Organize partner webinars, roundtables, and ecosystem engagement events to build momentum and community across partners.
- Partner Marketing: Collaborate on or lead content and thought leadership initiatives (case studies, blogs, social posts) that highlight successful partnerships and expand ecosystem visibility.
Requirements
- 5–7 years in partnerships, alliances, or partner marketing, ideally within SaaS or supply chain/logistics technology.
