We'd love to have a chat to see what skills/experiences you are able to bring to this team.We’re looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to lead the user experience across our Lightning Web Components (LWC), internal Salesforce tools, and customer-facing portals. You’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams to create intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling experiences that solve real problems for Sales, Enablement, and Learning leaders.

Responsibilities of a UX/UI Designer:


  • Design and iterate on user interfaces for LWC apps, Salesforce-native features, and embedded media experiences.
  • Translate complex workflows into simple, elegant solutions for both admins and end users.
  • Build, maintain, and evolve our design system in Figma to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to validate design decisions.
  • Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that bring ideas to life.
  • Collaborate closely with developers to ensure high-quality implementation and pixel-perfect interactions.
  • Champion accessibility standards (508/WCAG) in all designs.
  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives spanning learning, coaching, AI, and interactive dashboards.

What you bring:


  • 3+ years of UI/UX design experience for SaaS or enterprise platforms.
  • Experience designing within the Salesforce ecosystem (preferred).
  • Ability to design for diverse personas — from Salesforce power users to external customers.
  • Mastery of Figma and modern design tools.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking, interaction design, and accessibility best practices.
  • Comfort working in agile teams and balancing user needs with business goals.
  • Familiarity with video, learning, or coaching platforms.
  • Exposure to AI-driven experiences or conversational interfaces.
  • Experience with tools like Jira, Productboard, and Confluence.
  • Must reside in Poland.

Nice-to-haves:


  • Deep understanding of Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
  • Experience designing for AI-powered products.
  • Passion for building user experiences that drive learning, performance, and engagement.
  • Proficiency in Russian is a plus!
