StackAdapt is hiring a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support our growing Sales, Commercial, and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging top talent through proactive sourcing strategies, helping drive a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for high-impact roles across the business.You’ll collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, map talent markets, and execute creative sourcing approaches. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their talent acquisition career who is passionate about candidate experience, research, and talent engagement in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

What you'll be doing


  • Source high-potential candidates for Sales, GTM, and Commercial roles using LinkedIn, job boards, talent databases, and other tools
  • Partner with recruiters to understand role requirements, target profiles, and hiring priorities
  • Craft and send personalized outreach messages to engage passive candidates
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline activity in our ATS and CRM systems
  • Conduct talent research and market mapping to identify trends, competitive insights, and pipeline opportunities
  • Provide regular updates to recruiters and hiring teams on pipeline progress and outreach performance
  • Ensure a consistent focus on inclusive sourcing strategies and building diverse talent pipelines
  • Support the TA team with sourcing best practices, tools, and process improvements

What You'll Bring to the Table


  • 1–3 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, preferably supporting GTM or Sales teams
  • Strong research and sourcing skills with familiarity using LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, or similar tools
  • Clear and concise written communication with a knack for personalized outreach
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple open roles
  • A collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Passion for talent acquisition, inclusive hiring, and delivering a strong candidate experience
