We manage client stores across Amazon in the US, Canada, UK, and Europe, plus marketplaces such as TikTok Shop, Walmart, and Target. We offer a complete set of ecommerce services, including marketing and content, compliance, logistics, brand protection, customer service, case management, and reporting.

Position Summary:Emplicit is seeking a results-driven Account Manager II who brings deep Amazon marketplace expertise and a proven track record of measurable client impact.We get a TON of interest in the AM role. Stand-out Candidates will have a strong Revenue Growth Marking background or Strong Sales ability as well as a account management.This role requires someone who can dig into the details, leverage data and tools strategically, and drive real business outcomes. The ideal candidate will be a curious, hands-on problem-solver who uses AI to enhance their strategic thinking, builds genuine partnerships with clients and internal teams, and has strong opinions backed by experience and results.

They will review sales, product, consumer, and market data to build strategies that drive ecommerce growth for our clients, both on-and-off Amazon

Key Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the strategic partner for midsize clients, providing data-driven insights and actionable recommendations that demonstrably impact their Amazon P&L
  • Campaign & Strategy Management: Design, manage, and oversee Amazon campaigns and create omnichannel marketing strategies that leverage various digital channels. Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies that deliver measurable growth in revenue, profitability, and market share
  • Brand & Business Insights: Thoroughly understand clients' brands and objectives, performing market and competitor analyses.
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify optimization opportunities, troubleshoot performance issues, and uncover untapped potential
  • Build and maintain trust-based relationships with both clients and internal cross-functional teams through transparent communication and collaborative problem-solving
  • Continuously test, learn, and iterate on strategies, applying new knowledge to drive incremental improvements
  • Leverage automation tools, AI, and emerging technologies to enhance strategic insights while maintaining hands-on oversight
  • Proactively identify upselling opportunities by thoroughly understanding each client's business model and growth objectives

Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • Proven Amazon marketplace experience with ability to speak to specific, measurable results you've achieved (revenue growth %, conversion improvements, ranking gains, etc.)
  • Demonstrated expertise in Amazon P&L management - understanding how every lever impacts profitability
  • Experience managing multiple client relationships in an agency, consultancy, or customer service setting with a consultative sales approach
  • Strategic account management expertise with proven experience growing customer lifetime value and driving retention
  • Strategic mindset with tactical execution - can develop high-level strategy AND get into the weeds to investigate and solve problems
  • Skilled at building long-term client relationships focused on retention, with the ability to recognize and articulate the value of enhanced service offerings
  • Tools proficiency: Experience with Amazon advertising platforms, analytics tools, automation software (Scale Insights, Intentwise, etc.), and project management software (Teamwork, Asana, Trello, or similar)
  • AI-forward approach: Comfortable using AI tools to enhance research, analysis, and creative ideation while maintaining strategic ownership
  • Intellectual curiosity: Hungry for knowledge, stays current with marketplace trends, and applies learnings through systematic testing
  • Results orientation: Can articulate specific business impact with concrete metrics, not just surface-level activities
  • Team collaboration: Builds trust across internal teams, communicates effectively, and contributes to collective success
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a "customer-first" mindset and innate ability to build trust with clients, teams and leadership
  • Strong team player, detail oriented, and able to balance competing priorities
  • Energetic, responsive, and enthusiastic, adept at thriving in a remote work environmentBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field

Exceptional candidates also have:

  • Can share specific case studies of Amazon account transformations you've led
  • Has managed Amazon accounts across multiple categories/business models
  • Holds Amazon Ads certifications and other relevant platform credentials
  • Proven track record with Amazon ad types and experience across Google Ads, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
  • Expertise in Marketing & Branding: Deep understanding of multichannel marketing, branding, and emergent technologies for B2B and B2C sectors.er for clients, employers, or own ventures)
  • Strong Sales background
  • Strong point of view on Amazon strategy trends, algorithm changes, and marketplace evolution
  • Track record of identifying and implementing new tools/processes that drive efficiency and results
