About the Role
As the CRM Administrator, you’ll serve as a subject-matter expert and technical point of contact for our CRM systems, including Salesforce and other integrated tools. You’ll be responsible for maintaining the overall architecture, improving user experience, supporting onboarding and training efforts, and ensuring CRM workflows align with business goals and compliance requirements. You’ll work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and operations to ensure our CRM ecosystem scales with the company’s growth.This is an individual contributor role reporting to the VP of Sales Operations.
What you’ll do:
- Responsible for the implementation of enterprise-wide CRM of company’s selection
- Own the configuration, administration, and optimization of the CRM platform (Salesforce and others)
- Partner with key stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable CRM processes and solutions
- Support and enhance CRM data integrity, field mapping, custom objects, workflow rules, validation rules, and automation
- Assist in onboarding new users and teams, including role setup, access management, and training resources
- Monitor and troubleshoot CRM system performance, integrations, and user issues
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure CRM integrations align with larger system architecture
- Maintain documentation on CRM architecture, processes, and standard operating procedures
- Provide regular reporting, dashboards, and insights to support decision-making across departments
- Stay up to date on CRM platform enhancements and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and usability
Who you are:
- 3–6 years of CRM administration experience
- Familiarity with CRM architecture principles and data model design
- Ability to gather requirements from non-technical stakeholders and translate into technical solutions
- Strong understanding of lead management, contact segmentation, and sales pipeline reporting
- Experience supporting system rollouts, user onboarding, and CRM training
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior CRM administration experience within a tech-enabled, regulated industry such as fintech, mortgage, or real estate
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (preferred); Salesforce Admin certification is a plus
